Behind the Scene

Overview

For the market launch of the new Audi Q5, we produced a three-part training film series used worldwide for dealer and service staff education. The goal was to present the vehicle’s new technologies, design updates, and technical features in a way that is clear, visually engaging, and easy to understand.

The series was translated into 28 languages to ensure consistent global training across all markets. With a clear visual language and precise explanations, it serves as an effective tool for sales, service, and technical teams, as well as for internal education programs.

The training videos were designed to provide a clear, structured, and interactive learning experience for their target audiences.

  • Combination of real vehicle footage & digital animation to clearly illustrate functions.
  • Didactic structure for maximum clarity – regardless of technical background.
  • Modular format allowing content to be used individually or combined as needed.

Filming took place in a state-of-the-art studio and on-road setup, capturing both static demonstrations and dynamic driving scenes.

  • Multi-camera setup for interior and exterior shots
  • Motion tracking & augmented reality (AR) animations to visualize technical processes.
  • On-board & drone footage to showcase driving behavior from multiple perspectives.

After final editing, the videos were localized for worldwide use.

  • 28 language versions with professional voice-overs and subtitles.
  • Culturally adapted UI graphics and text to reflect market-specific requirements.
  • Integration into Audi’s digital training portal and e-learning platforms.
