The film in brief
The studio film for PENTAGAST's COOK & CHILL roadshow shows how businesses can produce convenience products themselves efficiently and economically.
Background & objective
For the For the COOK & CHILL roadshow by PENTAGAST a studio film was produced that illustrates the concept of efficient and economical in-house production of convenience products. The film focuses on the technology of the RATIONAL iCombi Pro 6-1/1 and the NUOVAIR blast chiller/shock freezer P5.1 and shows how they are used in practice.
Through a combination of real cooking processes, expert interviews and explanatory animations present the functionality and benefits of the system in detail. Production took place in a modern studio environment with multiple camera angles, precise lighting and close-upsto showcase the appliances and their performance in the best possible way.
The film conveys the advantages of Cook & Chill in a practical way: the time and cost savings, the consistently high product quality and the simple, subsidy-eligible implementation of the system. It is used as part of the roadshow at PENTAGAST specialist dealers and provides a sound basis for training and advising catering professionals.
