Behind the Scene

Overview

As part of its talent acquisition strategy, JUMO commissioned an authentic recruiting film aimed at young people, offering real insights into the company’s training opportunities. The goal was to inspire potential applicants to start their careers at JUMO while providing a genuine impression of the work environment and development prospects.

At the heart of the film are three apprentices, portrayed both in their professional and personal lives. By combining moments from work and leisure, the film shows how diverse, exciting, and future-oriented an apprenticeship at JUMO can be. It also highlights that JUMO supports not only technical skills but individual interests and personalities.

  • Authentic insights into everyday training life The apprentices were accompanied at their workplace, in vocational school, and during their free time — from hands-on work in the workshop to creative or athletic hobbies.
  • Versatile formats for different channels Alongside the emotional main film, three individual portraits, a short cinema spot, and extended versions for trade fairs, social media, and internal presentations were produced.
  • Modern and personal visual language A mix of close-ups, calm moments, and dynamic scenes creates an engaging and relatable impression of life and learning at JUMO.
  • Emotional storytelling and professional sound design The film deliberately avoids staged scenes, focusing instead on genuine encounters and personal statements. A carefully composed soundtrack enhances the emotional tone, making the film a powerful tool in JUMO’s apprenticeship marketing.
