Overview
For JUMO’s 75th anniversary, we produced a special anniversary film dedicated to the company’s employees. The goal was to highlight the company’s evolution, shared achievements, and – above all – the people behind JUMO.
The film not only honors the milestones of JUMO’s history, but also reflects the team spirit, innovative strength, and pride of its employees. With an emotional narrative and authentic insights into everyday work, it becomes an inspiring tribute to 75 years of JUMO.
Overview
Creation & Pre-production
The film’s concept began with close collaboration with JUMO to define the brand’s key messages and core values. Through creative workshops, we developed a storyline that unites the company’s past, present, and future.

- An emotional narrative structure that tells JUMO’s story through the eyes of its employees.
- A strong focus on community spirit and the company’s culture of innovation.
Production
Filming took place at various JUMO locations to authentically capture the company’s diversity and the everyday work of its employees.
Locaton & Scenarei
- Historische Einblicke: Historical insights: Archival footage and cinematic flashbacks highlighting key milestones in JUMO’s history.
- Employee interviews: Personal statements from across departments reflecting identification and company culture.
- Modern production sites: Footage showcasing innovative manufacturing processes and technological development.
- Team & event moments: Scenes capturing team spirit, motivation, and the people behind JUMO’s success.
For the visual execution, we relied on high-end camera and lighting technology to create imagery that is both dynamic and emotionally engaging.
Post & Fine tuning
After filming was completed, the footage was crafted in post-production into a cohesive and emotional final piece.

- Color grading: A warm, inviting visual aesthetic that enhances the film’s positive atmosphere.
