Connect Forward helps manufacturers of technical products prepare their product, service and training information so that fitters, service technicians, dealers and users truly understand and use it – digitally, in multiple languages and directly on the product.
We bring existing content together, make it easy to understand with 3D animation, video and interactive instructions, and provide it via QR code, service portal or in a learning management system. Everything from a single source – from the first check to the finished portal.
Request a Connect Forward Check →Who it is for
Mechanical and plant engineering, commercial vehicles and suppliers, agricultural technology, medical technology and electrical engineering – wherever products are assembled, maintained, repaired and trained on. Connect Forward primarily supports these areas:
1.
Fewer calls to the hotline, faster repairs and workshops that work to the same standard worldwide.
2.
Existing documentation becomes usable visually, digitally and in multiple languages – without having to rewrite everything.
3.
Implement new digital information requirements practically and show the benefits of the product clearly.
4.
Deliver knowledge consistently, relieve trainers and onboard new employees, dealers and partners faster.
Your situation
1.
Operating manuals in technical documentation, videos in marketing, training materials in training, spare parts data in the ERP – each department maintains its own version. Content contradicts itself, and nobody has the full picture.
How we help: We create an overview, define which information belongs where and connect everything into one source for all channels.
2.
Hundreds of pages of PDF, lots of text, small line drawings. In a noisy workshop nobody reaches for the manual – people would rather call the hotline or work by feel.
How we help: We translate complex work steps into 3D animations, short videos and interactive step-by-step instructions that are understood immediately.
3.
Dealers and workshops worldwide, different languages and qualifications. Mistakes during assembly or maintenance lead to complaints, warranty claims and downtime for the end customer.
How we help: We rely on images instead of walls of text – with little language, in multiple languages and consistent for all markets.
4.
Experienced service technicians are retiring, and new employees and career changers need to work safely quickly. Classroom training costs time, travel and trainer capacity.
How we help: We capture expert knowledge in training films and learning modules – available at any time and, if required, integrated into a learning management system.
5.
EU Machinery Regulation, General Product Safety Regulation, Digital Product Passport: information must be digital, up to date and accessible for years. What this should look like in practice – and who maintains it – often remains unclear.
How we help: We translate the requirements into a practical information solution – from the QR code on the product to the service portal. The legal assessment remains with your specialists.
6.
New variants, modified components, software updates – and every time new PDFs, new videos, new print runs. Printed documents are often already outdated by the time they reach the customer.
How we help: We build content in modules and provide it centrally. If something changes, one module is updated – the QR code on the product stays the same.
How we work
Product, service, safety and training information usually already exists – spread across formats, systems and departments. We create an overview and connect what belongs together.
Video, 2D and 3D animation, visualisation, interactive instructions and training content – tailored to the target group and prepared in multiple languages.
We build service portals and microsites or integrate the content into existing systems or learning management systems – for laptop, tablet and smartphone.
A QR code on the machine, vehicle or component leads directly to instructions, maintenance, safety information, spare parts and training – the right information for each use case.

Servicing pneumatic disc brakes is demanding – and workshops worldwide need to carry it out safely and to the same standard. Classic paper service instructions quickly reach their limits.
02
We turned every work step into a 3D animation and embedded it in digital, interactive e-service instructions. Technicians call up exactly the step they need in the service portal – on a laptop or smartphone.
03
All new service instructions for air disc brakes are published digitally, animated and interactive. They work even in a noisy workshop and are also used in training.

Is Connect Forward legal advice?
↓
No. Regulations such as the EU Machinery Regulation or the Digital Product Passport are the trigger. We take care of the structure, clarity and digital provision of your information – the legal assessment remains with you and your specialists.
Which requirements play a role?
↓
For example the EU Machinery Regulation, which applies from 20 January 2027 and allows digital operating instructions, the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), the battery passport from February 2027 and the Digital Product Passport, which is being introduced gradually for individual product groups.
Do we have to create all content from scratch?
↓
No. We use what already exists and only add content where it is missing or not understood.
Do you also build the portal?
↓
Yes. We develop service portals and microsites – or integrate the content into existing systems, learning management systems or a suitable platform. We are technology-neutral.
How much does the Connect Forward Check cost?
↓
The Check costs from €1,490 net. If you then commission us with the implementation, we credit the full amount.
