JUMO Talk is an internal talk format: employees and experts discuss company topics on a purpose-built studio set in the production hall. The supercut shows what the format looks like – the individual episodes remain internal.
A talk format at home in the company
JUMO wanted a format that shares knowledge and company topics through conversation rather than circular emails – with the people who know them best. The result is JUMO Talk, a talk format for employees.
We co-developed the format, built the set right in the production hall and have been filming several episodes a year since 2025. The episodes are for internal use – here we show a supercut.

Concept
It all started with the format itself: structure, roles, look and length. This gives every episode a fixed framework with room for changing topics and guests.

Set and filming
The studio set stands in the middle of the production hall – so the company is always in the picture. We film with several cameras and clean sound so that the conversation feels natural.

Editing and graphics
In the edit, the conversations become compact episodes with graphics and a consistent look, plus short clips for internal channels.
Result
JUMO Talk is an established format in JUMO’s internal communications – with several episodes a year and a recognisable identity.
