For JUMO's 75th anniversary, we created an anniversary film aimed at the company's own employees. It focuses on the people behind the company.
Background & objective
For JUMO's 75th anniversary , we produced a special anniversary film aimed specifically at the company's employees. The aim was to focus on the company's development, its shared successes and, above all, the people behind JUMO.
The film is intended not only to honour the milestones of the company's history but also to reflect the team spirit, innovative strength and pride of the workforce. An emotional narrative style and authentic impressions of everyday working life create an inspiring tribute to 75 years of JUMO.

Concept development & planning
The film's concept began with close coordination with JUMO to identify the key messages and core values. In creative workshops, we developed a storyline that unites the company's past, present and future.
Key components:- An An emotional narrative structurethat brings JUMO's history to life from the employees' perspective.
- A strong focus on the sense of community and innovative strength within the company.

Filming
Filming took place at various JUMO sites to authentically capture the diversity of the company and the daily work of its employees.
Locations & scenes:- Historical insights: Archive material and cinematic retrospectives of milestones in the company's history.
- Employee interviews: Personal statements from various departments reflecting identification with JUMO and the working culture.
- Modern production facilities: Footage of innovative manufacturing processes and technical developments.
- Team and event moments: Scenes showing the cohesion and motivation of the workforce.
For the visual realisation, we relied on high-quality camera and lighting equipment to create both dynamic and emotional images.

Post-production & fine-tuning
After filming was completed, the material was turned into a coherent, emotional whole in post-production.
Editing process:- Editing & dramaturgy: Structuring the storyline for a gripping narrative flow.
- Colour correction: Warm, inviting visual aesthetics to underline the positive atmosphere.
- Sound design & music: Emotional music composition and targeted sound effects to enhance the impact.
